Capital Projects (CP) - Community Care Expansion (CCE) Preservation Program (Updated)

Sacramento County Department of Child, Family and Adult Services is seeking proposals from eligible Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs), Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs), and Residential Care Facilities for the Chronically Ill (RCFCIs) that serve SSI/SSP or CAPI residents and require funding for deferred capital projects, such as repairs and upgrades to ensure licensing compliance and prevent facility closures. The funding supports interior and exterior improvements within facility property lines to preserve beds for qualified low-income residents. Eligible ARFs, RCFEs, and RCFCIs in Sacramento County and potentially statewide facing maintenance needs may bid on this Community Care Expansion Preservation Program opportunity.
